Call for Papers -The Second Doctoral and Postdoctoral Academic Forum of Shenzhen Research Institute of Big Data

The Second Doctoral and Postdoctoral Academic Forum will be held in Shenzhen Research Institute of Big Data, on July 30, 2022. This forum provides an opportunity for doctoral students and postdoctoral fellows to discuss and receive feedback on their research from peers and senior practitioners, and help them to make an improvement in innovation ability, paper quality, achievement publishing, etc., to promote their academic progress.

Basic information 
• Forum Name: The Second Doctoral and Postdoctoral Academic Forum of Shenzhen Research Institute of Big Data 
• Date: July 30, 2022 
• Venue: Room 103, The First Floor, Daoyuan Building 
• Organizer: Shenzhen Research Institute of Big Data，The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen 
• Format: The second forum will be held in Shenzhen Research Institute of Big Data, which will take the form of academic presentation. The doctoral students and postdocs are also encouraged to present their research results in the form of poster.

Eligibility 
All doctoral students and postdocs working and studying at SRIBD and CUHKSZ are eligible to submit paper. Each doctoral student and postdoctoral fellow of grade 2 or above are expected to make their contributions with either of presentation and poster.

Submission
Submissions are required to contain:
• Full contact address with phone and email 
• Title, abstract and paper. The content of a paper can be an ongoing, unpublished research work, or a paper that has been submitted but has not been formally accepted 
• Presentation or poster should be indicated in the email.

Benefits
• Lunch, dinner (including award ceremony) and prizes will be provided for participants
• One Best Paper and one Runner-Up will be awarded to the presentation group.
• One Best Poster and one Runner-Up will be awarded to the poster group.
Prize
• 5000RMB/person for Best Paper and Best Poster
• 3000RMB/person for Runner-Up of presentation group and poster group

• Abstract submission deadline: Monday, July 11, 2022 
• Notification of acceptance: Friday, July 15, 2022 
• Full paper due to: Monday, July 25, 2022
