The layout and deployment of railway emergency resources
Project description/target:
By the end of 2017, the national railway operating mileage had reached 127,000 kilometers, an increase of 2.4% over the previous year. With the gradual formation of a huge and complete railway system, railway safety has become the focus of attention of railway companies. Emergency events, such as natural disasters, sudden accidents, public security incidents, etc., have become important factors that endanger railway safety. When an emergency occurs, quickly reporting dangerous situations, rationally directing evacuation, and efficiently deploying resources will help minimize the consequences of disasters and are the key to safe and stable operation of the railway company.
Challenges/pain points:
Low resource deployment efficiency and scattered resource channels. It is urgent to strengthen the emergency management capabilities of railway departments and improve the effect of railway emergency response in emergency situations.
Solution:
This research will focus on the layout and deployment of railway emergency resources. By reasonably deploying emergency resources in advance and orderly dispatching emergency resources in real time, the emergency cost will be minimized on the premise of meeting resource requirements as much as possible.
Contribution/application:
Scientifically classify and analyze the accidents recorded in the historical data of Guangzhou Railway Group to form an analysis and statistical report; Establish an operational optimization model for resource allocation and dispatch based on railway emergency scenarios; Develop an optimization algorithm based on the above model and apply it to the actual emergency case of Guangzhou Railway Bureau Group; Apply for related patents and software copyrights based on data characteristics and model algorithms; Form a project report and deliver it to Guangzhou Railway Bureau Group, the research results will assist the railway industry's intelligent emergency decision-making and constitute an important part of the goal of building a smart Guangzhou railway.
Next step:
Continue to explore the feasibility of landing based on the research results
