Academic Exchange

The International Workshop on Mathematical Issues in Information Sciences (MIIS) is the flagship forum of SRIBD, held annually in December. MIIS aims to bring together outstanding scientists, researchers, and engineers from around the world in the field of data science to discuss new ideas, theories, technologies, and applications in information science and big data, promoting the high-quality development of data science theory and its industrial applications.

The Daoyuan Forum aims to create a broad space and platform for exchange, facilitating the exchange of ideas, sharing of experiences, and deepening of collaboration. Its goal is to promote the enhancement of PhD students and postdoctoral researchers in areas such as academic environment, innovation capacity, research quality, and research outcomes.

On March 24, 2024, the Forum on Advances and Development of Mathematics and Data Science was successfully held. The forum invited over 10 academicians, more than 20 heads of mathematics and data science departments, and numerous experts and scholars from the fields of mathematics and data science, to discuss the latest trends in mathematics and data science.
