In 2024, Shenzhen Research Institute of Big Data (SRIBD) was successfully approved to establish a "Guangdong Science and Technology Expert Workstation." This initiative, launched by the Guangdong Association for Science and Technology, aims to implement the directives of the China Association for Science and Technology and the Guangdong Association for Science and Technology on promoting the deep integration of science, technology, and the economy. Leveraging the talent, expertise, and organizational networks within the association system, the workstation serves as a platform for technological innovation, fostering economic and technological development and driving enterprise innovation.  

SRIBD has already assembled a stellar team of top-notch talents in the field of big data, including academicians and outstanding young scientists, who shine brightly like stars, illuminating its path of scientific research and innovation. Going forward, the Institute will remain steadfast in its strategic focus on three core areas: *network system optimization theory and applications,* *large-scale AI model technology and applications,* and *optimization and industrial software technology and applications.* Upholding the demand-driven principle and leveraging technology projects as a bridge, it will fully utilize the expert workstation platform to tackle key technical challenges, develop new products, and cultivate innovative talent. The goal is to nurture a generation of creative and pioneering innovators.  

Simultaneously, SRIBD will continue to enhance its international competitiveness and influence in core big data technologies, contributing to the advancement and progress of big data technology. By doing so, it aims to play a vital role in driving the prosperity of regional and global scientific and technological endeavors.
