Shuqi Chai received the B.Eng. degree in electronic and information engineering from Xi’an Jiaotong University, and she received the Ph.D. degree in electronic and computer engineering from Hongkong University of Science and Technology in Jan 2022. She is currently a Research Scientist with the Shenzhen Research Institute of Big Data. Her research interests include MDP, dynamic programming, reinforcement learning in wireless communication systems, UAV trajectory and communication design.

BIOGRAPHY

Dr. Chen received her B.Eng. degree from the Department of Electronic and Information Engineering, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications in 2007, and her Ph.D. degree from the Department of Information Engineering, The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2012. From 2012 to 2015, she worked as a postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Electronic Engineering, City University of Hong Kong. She has been with Shenzhen Research Institute of Big Data since 2016.Dr. Chen's research area focuses on communication networks and information systems. She has carried out several works in the fields of network optimization, information theory, control theory and machine learning. She has published more than thirty papers in international journals and conferences, such as IEEE Transactions on Information Theory, IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications, IEEE Transaction on Communications, etc. She, as the first author, received the Best Paper Award in IEEE/IET CSNDSP 2016. Besides, Dr. Chen was selected as one of the Shenzhen Overseas High-Level Talents, and she has led one NSFC youth project and one Shenzhen fundamental research project, and is participating in National Key R&D Program project.

Dr. Xiaoyang Li obtained his PhD degree from The University of Hong Kong at 2020, and Bachelor degree from Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech) at 2016. From 2020 to 2022, he has served as the Presidential Distinguished Research Fellow in SUSTech. He has published more than 20 papers on top journals and conferences, and applied more than 10 patents. He has been in charge of projects from National Natural Science Foundation of China, Shenzhen Natural Science Foundation, China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, and China Academy of Information and Communication Technology. BIOGRAPHY

Licheng Zhao received the B.S. degree in Information Engineering from Southeast University (SEU), Nanjing, China, in 2014, and the Ph.D. degree with the Department of Electronic and Computer Engineering at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST), in 2018. Since June 2018, he has been an algorithm engineer in recommendation system with JD.COM, China. Since Dec. 2021, he has served as a research scientist in Shenzhen Research Institute of Big Data (SRIBD).  His research interests are in optimization theory and efficient algorithms, with applications in signal processing, machine learning, and deep learning in recommendation system.
