SRIBD and KAUST fully leverage the advantages of both platforms, engaging in joint research in the fields of scientific computing and machine learning through international academic exchanges, collaborative research, and joint talent development. The aim is to promote a deep integration of applied mathematics, machine learning, and computer science, collectively advancing the development of science and technology to address significant national, regional, and global challenges. Simultaneously, through the establishment of the "KAUST-SRIBD Joint Laboratory for Scientific Computing and Machine Learning (SCML Joint Lab)," support is provided for interactive collaboration in politics, industry, academia, research, and application.
