BIOGRAPHY
Dai Shilan obtained her Master degree from the University of Hong Kong. She currently works as a data engineer at the Social Behavior Big Data Lab at Shenzhen Research Institute of Big Data. She is experienced in handling and analyzing government and justice data. She also contributes to team research projects, including evaluation of judicial reform, indices to measure the of a law-based government, as well as the project of Chinese legislation of artificial intelligence.
