Research Administration Office is the functional department supporting and serving the research work and scientific and technological innovation capacity building of the Institute. We adhere to the "Four Orientations" and focus on the layout of strategic emerging and future industries and industrial needs of the city. Combined with national strategic tasks, we focus on the capacity building of basic research, industrial development, and talent training. We plan the scientific research development of the Institute in an integrated manner, reasonably arrange and allocate scientific research resources, and play our role as a "boosting engine" for high-quality industrial development.
